CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR
Construction Estimator wanted by growing government general contractor in Frederick MD. Degree preferred in CM, engineering or Business Administration. Familiar with Smart Bid, Excel and MS Office Suite; projects are varied: ground-up, tenant fit-outs, electrical and HVAC upgrades included. Occasional travel to assess jobs may be required in NE US.
Construction Project Manager wanted, familiar with MS Office Suite, and MS Project scheduling software, minimum 8 yrs experience, degree preferred in CM, engineering or Business Administration. Current certification in USACE QA / QC, and OSHA 30 desired by growing 8(a) construction firm located in Frederick MD. Occasional travel may be required. Majority of work is on government installations in NE US. Must be able to pass Federal Security Clearance, government experience preferred.
